The American NightmareEvery day people rush here and there trying to get more done in the little time that we already have. Work it harder, work it faster, make it better, the key phrases of the time. Increased productivity, budget recalculation, personnel management, professional attire, the vocabulary of the world. People are so tied up in trying to become successful so they can indulge in the pleasures of the world. Not only this but they want to cram so much into their lives so that their children can get the best of the best and live a better and more successful life than they did. Of Tennyson and TruthIn a not so distant past I read a poem called Ulysses. Lately I have been thinking about it quite a lot, every day that I continue to observe life things begin to make more and more sense. The poem detailed the journey of Ulysses and his eventual return to Ithaca. Yet his spirit was still unhappy despite his fulfillment of what he thought was his ultimate goal. Alfred Lord Tennyson expressed here that there were two kinds of people in this world. Those who choose to burn up and those who choose to fade away. As of late these things have dominated my thoughts; I am beginning to understand this concept greatly and am taking it to heart. My view Of Tennyson and Truth

Yeah, haven't done alot of writing yet, started recently but I just can't seem to find the time or have enough mental energy to put out anything substantial. Maybe over Thanksgiving I will write some more or continue working on "The American Nightmare" (Its only had about four hours of work in it.) Later.
